1.Since these digital drawings are handmade and personalized one, there is No refund or Return once we receive all the details/pictures and the payment. To have a seamless experience, we always encourage you to reach out to us in case of any query before making the payment.
2.In case you have a very specific custom request, please reach out to us before making the payment and we would provide you the best possible price quote. Once we receive all the details/pictures and the payment, we initiate the work. There is No refund further.
3.In some cases, we may still refund in case the work has not been started. Please call our customer care agents or email us on support@paintzstories.com as soon as possible in case you have changed your mind and we would check the status of work, and action accordingly.
4.In exceptional cases where there are quality issues or discrepancies with the delivered digital art product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

1.Since these are digital files, we share the same over your email IDs and there will not be any physical delivery unless you have requested for a physical copy which is available with some additional charges.
2.We generally share the final file within 3-5 Business days upon receiving the payment and all the desired files/information (unless you have many revisions).
