Shipping Policy

All products are inspected prior to packing and we stand behind our merchandise. As soon as your purchase transaction is complete, our customer care team will be in touch with you regarding shipment details. All packages are shipped via our authorized service providers. 

We always provide our customers with an estimated delivery timeline before confirming the order, and special considerations can be discussed and settled before you make the payment.
To ensure transparency, we have very clearly called out ‘Shipping Information’ specific to a product, which you can find while navigating through each product. To have a seamless experience, we would recommend you to read those details carefully before making a purchase.

Domestic orders (within India): 

Domestic delivery is free. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in India) of receiving payment. Standard Delivery time is 5-7 business days, hence total delivery time after receiving the payment is 8-12 business days.

International orders (outside India): 

Shipping is calculated at check out. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in India) of receiving payment. Standard Delivery time is 12-15 business days, hence total delivery time after receiving the payment is 15-20 business days.

You may have to pay additional duties/taxes as requested by your country. If you’re unable to pay these at the time of delivery, we unfortunately can't refund you. For more information about taxes/duty charges, please contact your local customs office.


Note:

These timelines apply to art products such as Original Art, Canvas Prints, Ceramics Prints, Garments, PaintzCare Products and Frames. For other products such as Clay Sculpture, Sketch drawing, Customized prints, and Custom digital art, the timelines are different. Please refer ‘Shipping Information’ under each product section for more details on the same.

Please contact us in case you need express delivery which is available with some additional cost for both Domestic and International orders.

Retur Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At PaintzStories, we are committed to providing you with exceptional artwork that brings joy and inspiration. We have a very customer-friendly return, refund, and exchange policy based on the art product category. To ensure transparency, we have very clearly called out our ‘Return and Exchange’ Policy specific to a product, which you can find while navigating through each of the products.   To have a seamless experience, we would recommend you to read those policy details carefully before making a purchase. Broadly, below are some of the high-level details on our return policy;

1. If you order a product and upon receiving the same, it is found that the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect (different design, a rare incidence), you can exchange the product within 3 calendar days.

Please send us the photograph of the damaged, broken, or incorrect design as soon as you open the package (max within 3 calendar days) on support@paintzstories.com or call our customer care agents, and we’ll send you a free replacement. Please ensure to keep the original packaging items and products in order to get the exchanged product.

 

2. All the original artwork imported from other countries (i.e., source country other than India) and Personalized/Customized artwork (Canvas prints, Sketch drawing, Customized prints, Custom digital art, PaintzCare products, Frames) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer individual product ‘Return and Exchange’ Policy section for more details. 

3. We do refund for certain types of artwork (e.g., Original painting- with 15% of order value as refund charges; Garments prints; Clay Sculpture-partial refund). Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. All original tags and accessories are to be returned. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.


4. Orders can be canceled any time before they are dispatched (except for Personalized art/Customized art e.g., Canvas prints, Clay Sculpture, Sketch drawing, Customized prints, Custom digital art, Frames) without any extra cost. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at support@paintzstories.com. We will be unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
