'PaintzCare - Handmade Paper Bags (Set of 5)

Product Description:

This collection of handcrafted upcycled products is a passion project for Vidya Mall, a known artist and social worker from West Bengal, India. She has over 25 years of experience as an Art Teacher and Interior Designer and has always found creative ways to use things lying around the house. She believes that there is nothing called “waste”, it is only that if it is useful to you or not. 

Through this collection she has been able to repurpose “waste” wallpapers into beautiful products of daily use. Through her creativity, she has converted them into wall art, envelopes, notebooks, bookmarks, small bags and is developing a line of home products. The products are crafted by a group of women - ambitious but stuck to domestic responsibilities. 
Crayon, a home-grown brand offers flexible hours to encourage them. All the profits earned through the sale of these products are contributed towards the education of young girl children. This initiative is a way of supporting and helping the community and environment together.
