Paintz Story
In the lush land down under, a diverse group of furry friends gathered by a bubbling creek for a meeting. The kangaroo hopped in, the porcupine waddled, the koala descended from a tree, and the platypus splashed into the creek. The kookaburra laughed, the sugar glider glided, the tiger quoll prowled, and the Tasmanian devil growled its friendly greeting.
In a cozy clearing, they shared stories of their unique lives – from the kangaroo's vast explorations to the porcupine's adventures in thorny bushes. Despite their differences, they discovered a shared love for their homeland. As the sun set, casting a warm glow, the friends bid farewell, knowing they would reunite to share more tales under the starry night sky in the vast and diverse land down under.

Domestic delivery is free. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in India) of receiving payment. Standard Delivery time in 5-7 business days, hence total delivery time after receiving the payment is 6-9 business days.
International orders:
Shipping is calculated at check out. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in India) of receiving payment. Standard Delivery time in 12-15 business days, hence total delivery time after receiving the payment is 13-17 business days.
You may have to pay additional duties/taxes as requested by your country. If you’re unable to pay these at the time of delivery, we unfortunately can't refund you. For more information about taxes/duty charges, please contact your local customs office .

Return Policy
1.If you order a product and upon receiving the same, it is found that the product is torn, soiled or incorrect (different design, a rare incidence), you can exchange the product within 3 calendar days.
Please send us the photograph of torn, soiled or incorrect design as soon as you open the package (max within 3 calendar days) on support@paintzstories.com or call our customer care agents, and we’ll send you a free replacement. Please ensure to keep original packaging items (including Garment, Story Card, Welcome Letter) in order to get the exchanged product
2.If you order a product and upon receiving the same, it is found that the product is not as per requirement, you can either exchange the product with a similar value or return the product within 3 calendar days.
